Payment Issues and Solutions

Why did my credit card payment fail?

When customers use credit cards for transactions, the issuing bank will carry out a series of systematic actions to ensure transaction security and protect customer interests. If the issuing bank finds that the transaction cannot continue, it is usually because some information cannot be verified, causing the bank to block the transaction. We have compiled some common reasons for payment failures and their solutions:

a. Incorrect billing address postal code (accounting for 75% of credit card payment failures)

Issuing banks typically use postal code verification to confirm that transactions are completed by the cardholder themselves, which helps reduce the likelihood of fraud. Therefore, if your credit card transaction fails, please check if you have entered the correct postal code.

Solution:
1. Enter the correct postal code.
2.If you forget the postal code of your card, try paying with another card.

b. Payment failure due to risk monitoring

The issuing bank usually verifies the IP address and user agent during payment to determine whether the transaction was initiated by you, thereby reducing the possibility of fraud.

Solution:
1.If payment fails, please contact the invoice bank for clarification.
2. Use another commonly used credit card for payment.
